Steven Keppler is focused on providing client-focused legal services with an eye for quickly resolving Social Security Disability Attorney disputes and ensuring the best possible outcome for his clients.  Mr. Keppler provides legal services to individuals and businesses with respect to various civil matters, including but not limited to: contract disputes, commercial lease negotiations, consumer fraud, personal injury, lemon law, premises liability, employment discrimination, and various types of residential Landlord/Tenant disputes.  In addition, Mr. Keppler also actively represents clients in municipal courts across New Jersey for DUI, disorderly persons offenses, and all types of traffic matters as well as Superior Court matters.

Mr. Keppler attended Indiana University, graduating in 2001 with a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy prior to attending the Louis D. Brandeis School of Law at the University of Louisville.  At Brandeis, Mr. Keppler served as a member of the Student Bar Association and the Boehl Chair Search Committee, was a member of the school’s Saul Lefkowitz Moot Court Competition team, assisted the Kentucky Attorney General’s Office in drafting recommendations for updating and augmenting the Kentucky court system’s court transcription practices, and was named an Alumni Scholar in each of his three years.

Mr. Keppler is licensed to practice in the State of New Jersey and the United States District Court of New Jersey.  Prior to joining the Simon Law Group, he practiced as a solo practitioner in Morris County, New Jersey, handling a variety of civil and criminal matters for clients statewide at the municipal and Superior Court levels.
