Ron Reich is admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey’s courts, the Federal Courts of New Jersey and Ron Reich, Esq., NJ Family Law Attorney, NJ Bankruptcy Attorney the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey.  He is an approved R. 1:40 mediator and an arbitrator in the Superior Court for family law and civil cases.

Mr. Reich obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in 1970 and has, since that time, obtained a Master’s degree in Public Administration from the University of Oklahoma and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Fairleigh Dickinson University.  He obtained his law degree from Seton Hall Law School and was admitted to the bar of the State of New Jersey in 1987.

Mr. Reich spent six years in the United States Army and was honorably discharged as a Captain in 1976 and had a successful career as a businessman between 1976 and the commencement of his law career in 1987.

Ron Reich concentrates his practice of law in all types of bankruptcy (Chapters 7, 11, 12, 13 and 15) and all issues of family law and domestic relations such as divorce, post judgment matters, custody & visitation, child support, domestic violence and spousal support (alimony) .  He is a member of the New Jersey Bar Association and the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys as well as his local county bar associations.
