Mr. Gorny received his undergraduate degree from the University of Scranton, with a double major in Criminal Justice and Sociology. He was an active member of the pre-law society and spent time working in the Lackawanna County Department of Community Affairs.
He attended the New England School of Law, in Boston, Massachusetts where while excelling in his studies, held competitive internships at the Massachusetts Department of Telecommunications and Cable and the Spillane Law Offices. In Boston, he worked as an investigator for the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination, investigating violations of hiring and employment discrimination against Massachusetts citizens.

Mr. Gorny is licensed to practice law in the state of New Jersey and the United States District Court of New Jersey. Prior to joining The Simon Law Group, he worked at a small firm in Hudson County, New Jersey, vigorously defending various criminal matters at both the Municipal and State Court levels.
