NJ Traffic Update: No Duty to Disclose Indictable Offense

Again in a stunning decision by the Appellate Division where they actually showed that they can get it right, the judges found that a lawyer is not obligated to make the state's case against the defendant. In fact, the lawyer's overwhelming burden is to protect his client's interests. Here in this case, the lawyer has no obligation to share with the court or the prosecution the grounds and background for suspension.
