He is admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey, State of New York, Federal Court (District of New Jersey) and the U.S. Supreme Court. He is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association and the American Bar Association.

Prior earning his law degree from California Western School of Law, he served as a senior investigator for the New Jersey State Superior Court-Criminal Division. Before private practice, he worked for several years in insurance defense and corporate defense, as a litigator for a state agency and a workers' compensation insurer, and as in-house counsel for an insurance brokerage firm. That courtroom experience and insurance industry insight is an advantage to our clients who are facing criminal charges, seeking remedy for injuries or involved in litigation.
