of corporations and limited liability companies as well as in the preparation
of bylaws, operation agreements, buy-sell agreements, shareholder agreements,
minutes of shareholder and director meetings and corporate resolutions. We are
experienced in the handling of basic transactions on behalf of corporations and
limited liability companies as well as in representing corporations and limited
liability companies in more sophisticated transactions. We regularly represent
small business owners as well as mid-size corporations. We are available to act
