Stark & Stark Welcomes Shareholder Tana Bucca, Esq.

Stark & Stark is pleased to announce that Tana Bucca, Esq. has joined the firm as a Shareholder in the Morristown, New Jersey office.

Tana Bucca is a Shareholder and member of Stark & Stark’s Community Associations Group, where she represents condominium associations, homeowner associations and cooperatives in all of their legal matters. She assists clients with general corporate matters, collections, governing document reviews, drafting and negotiating contracts, rule and regulation enforcement, transition negotiations, and construction defect litigation.

Tana also has experience with commercial litigation and creditors’ rights matters arising from defaulted commercial loans. Specifically, she handles loan document review, issues demand letters, files foreclosure complaints, obtains money judgments, initiates actions for replevin of collateral, and provides representation in workouts and bankruptcy matters. In this regard, Tana has significant litigation experience in state and federal courts and also engages in alternative dispute resolution.

Prior to joining Stark & Stark, Tana was a commercial litigator for an AmLaw 100 law firm in Northern New Jersey. She also previously served as Judicial Law Clerk to the Hon. Maryann K. Bielamowicz, Superior Court, Mercer County, New Jersey.
